Move + Meditate with Alexandra Wood focuses on consciously moving the body through a vigorous and creative Vinyasa flow that will stretch and strengthen your muscles and allow you to quite your busy minds.

We will close out class with a 15 minute guided meditation that will allow you to drop deep into your consciousness and start your day with compassion and awareness.

The more we live, breath, and move with intention, the more we can manifest into our lives.
