Join us this Friday for a night of mindfulness and yoga. We will begin the class with setting intentions and practicing pranayama that will guide us into a state of conscious relaxation for our meditation. We will then journey through the experience of a sound bath using handmade Tibetan monk singing bowls that will guide us a into a state of conscious relaxation for our meditation.
This session is free for guests and donation-based for non-guests ($15-20 suggested).
