THE EARTH ELEMENT

Earth is grounding, nurturing and protecting.

The elemental needs of eating, drinking, breathing is earth. Our physical body and the organs are all represented in the earth element. We can use all our senses to relate to this element and we can feel the grounding, nurturing and protective energy. Working with earth encourages us to get out of our heads, to be fully present with our senses, bringing us evermore into our body. Being more in tune with our body intensifies our connection and our sensitivity with mother earth. Earth and water are the heavier elements and have downwards movement. They are accounted with mother earth and are represented in the Root chakra.

All materials are sourced locally, if possible. The flooring is a gray limestone which residual use of minerals and seashells. The water element can be experienced with a beautiful rain shower. To protect and preserve our water resources, zero VOC paints are used. All cleaning products are plant-based and we are working with Seaform, to recycle ocean plastics from local beaches and transform it into beautiful tiles which can be seen at the outdoor bar.
