Spring Cleaning with AllSwell

Dust it off, wring it out, pause, refresh and reset at this day long retreat. That’s what Spring cleaning is all about. As we do in our homes, so should we do in our primary dwelling: our body. We are hosting a beautiful day-long experience to support you in that process.

Yoga, breathwork, mindful writing, guided meditation & learning amidst community in a supportive, elegant sanctuary. From morning tea to a healthful, beautiful lunch and a send off cocktail hour, your needs will be met while you connect to the energies of the season.

Experience includes:

  • Cleansing morning yoga session led by Rachael Bischoff

  • A healthy, locally sourced lunch by Al Fresko

  • A guided meditation and singing bowl experience created and led by Rachel Larraine

  • A spring-themed journaling workshop will be led by AllSwell Creative’s founder Laura Rubin (notebooks and writing implements provided), accompanied by optional pre-rolled CBD joints by Mom Grass.

  • Cocktail hour with hand-shaken beverages from organic, locally-based tequila brand Solento and non-alcoholic, plant magic mocktails from Little Saints

  • Since feeling good sometimes comes from the outside-in, you’ll get skincare treats from Symbiome, Winged and The Labbe, to keep the glow going, and R Brow for your peepers.

What you need to bring: you.

Whether you’re local and want to join us staycation style or travel in for the experience, we have options for you. Come hang with us for the day, bring a friend or roll solo. Want to make a weekend of it? Twelve Senses is a Design Hotels affiliated micro-hotel, so if you want to book in, you can choose from the earth-element themed rooms. But bear in mind, inventory is very limited so please don’t delay.

A portion of the proceeds from the event will be donated to Changing Tides Foundation, a non-profit  organization founded in 2016 by female surfers that felt called to do more than just take waves. Born from a desire to create a community connected to the sea, CTF empowers women to protect the planet and promotes inclusivity and diversity in and out of the ocean. Through their Women’s Outreach Mentorship Program (WOMP), they mentor diverse, underserved teenage girls globally, using surfing as a tool to build self-efficacy, self-confidence, leadership skills, and education on the importance in protecting the planet.
