Green Christmas Dinner

Enjoy the amazing Encinitas Sunset on the terrace of the relaxing Twelve Senses Retreat. Come disconnect from the world, and celebrate a Green Christmas with a 4-course meal and wine pairing by local private Chef, Francoise Brana and Fatima Koteiche.

$100 4 course dinner, $130 with wine (one 5oz glass per course, 2oz with dessert)

Tamales Trio: Langostino rosado- Puerco Verde- Pollo rojo

Birria Lumpia with pickled red onions

Smoked Turkey and mashed potato Buñuelo with gravy

Bûche de Noël with dulce de leche and dark chocolate mousse

More About the Chefs:

Chef Francoise Brana was born in Los Angeles in a Chilean family, and grew up traveling to Mexico, Chile, Argentina, and Italy. After her family settled in San Diego she began working in restaurants and hotel kitchens where her food obsession began. Chef Francoise then spent years working in Europe and learning as much as she could before returning to Los Angeles in 2008 and working in several top fine dining restaurants and five star hotels. In 2012, she took an opportunity to become a traveling chef and was introduced to the world of extreme cooking and sourcing eventually joining the world of yachting. Through her travels she developed a global palate and her continuous search for new flavors and freshness is reflected in her cuisine.

Fatimations was started by Fatima Koteiche, a local Lebanese/Mexican cook who is passionate about making people happy with her creations. She is based in San Diego and is a dedicated mother who loves sports.
