Yoga with Tah Groen

Join us once a month on a Sunday morning for yoga with Tah Groen. 

These monthly classes will be a soft and easy flow to rejuvenate your spirit, open your heart and mind. Tah will encourage and inspire you to see your practice differently. To view this class as an opportunity for movement therapy. True experimentation exploration and innovation with Asana (yoga postures) that becomes deeply satisfying. 

Class will meet every first Sunday of the month. This session is free for guests and donation-based for non-guests ($15-20 suggested).
